Mousing on Mac

It is 2026 and somehow Apple does not allow users to have natural scrolling on the trackpad and inverse scrolling on the mouse at the same time.

Here are some alternatives:

Logi Options+
UnnaturalScrollWheels
LinearMouse (Preferred)

Logi Options+ was an absolute shitshow when AWS went down and people could not open the damn app because it needed a network connection for… some reason. It also does not work if you do not own a Logitech Mouse compatible with the software. I would not recommend this software.

UnnaturalScrollWheels as of current does not have a notarized app that works on macOS Tahoe. If on a previous version of macOS, this is a solid option.

LinearMouse is an alternative I found after both of the above options stopped working on macOS Tahoe. It is a great piece of software, and offers more customizability compared to the first two options.
